見積もりよりも高くなったこと、ナビが映らなくなった事(砂嵐の状態)を、せめて修理完了のお電話くださった時に教えていただきたかったです。
料金は高くなり、｢ナビ壊れてましたか？なんか映らないんですよね｣とだけ言われてもショックでどうしていいかわかりません。(そもそもナビ画面の異常があれば修理の為の車移動の際に気付くのではないでしょうか？)
結局そのまま何も言えず支払い、受取完了してきましたが、後で冷静になってせめて納得できる理由を聞きたかったと思いました。後から電話でクレームをつけるような事はしませんが、一つの意見として見ていただけるとありがたいです。
I asked you to repair the engine oil leak.
I wanted you to tell me that it was higher than the estimate and that the navigation was not displayed (sandstorm condition) at least when I called for repair completion.
The charge will be high, and even if you just say, "Did the navigation system break? You can't see anything," I'm shocked and don't know what to do. (In the first place, if there is something wrong with the navigation screen, you may notice it when moving the car for repair.)
In the end, I paid without saying anything and completed the receipt, but later I wanted to calm down and ask why I could at least be convinced. I will not make a complaint over the phone later, but I would appreciate it if you could see it as an opinion.
