★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急だったのに「ハムスターが」と言った所で、何も話を聞かず「受付時間終了しましたので。」と一言。「でもハムスターが苦しそうなので」と言い切る前に電話を切られた。19：00終了で18：20にかけた電話です。ハムスターは亡くなりました。

病院の皆さんはとても親切で雰囲気も良いです。
現在コロナの影響で診察時間が18時までのようです。

分かりやすくイラスト等で説明をしてくれる院長さんです(*^ω^*)
看護師さん方も優しく、うちの犬も看護師さんを見つけると尻尾をブンブン！振るほどです(*^ω^*)
院内もとても綺麗です！
一匹一匹しっかり診てくれている為、待ち時間が長いときもありますので、急ぎの方は余裕をもって行くことをオススメします(^^)
色々な現場で経験を積まれてる院長さんです(^^)
院長さんの適切な処置がなければうちの犬は今生きていなかったと思います。
本当に感謝感謝です！

受付の方も優しく親切で、先生も丁寧に診てくださり、結局アレルギーの薬を飲むことになりましたが２週間程で痒がることもなくなり腫れも引きました。
遠くて大変ではありますが、今後もお世話になろうと思います。
