社員さんは日本人ですが、彼らは従業員を覚えていないので無断欠勤してる人がいてもまったく気づきません。素晴らしい工場です。
It is almost a foreigner and it looks like a slum.
The employees are Japanese, but they do not remember the employees, so they will not notice even if there are people who are absent without notice. It is a wonderful factory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中は黒人・韓国人・中国人だらけです。日本語はほぼ伝わらない。
分からない事があればメガネをかけた太った目の細い女性が「はあ？」と言いながら教えてくれます。聞き直すと「あぁ？」と言う時もあります。素晴らしい工場です。
The inside is full of blacks, Koreans, and Chinese. I can hardly understand Japanese.
If you have any questions, a fat, thin-eyed woman wearing glasses will tell you while saying "Huh?". When I listen to it again, I sometimes say "Ah?" It's a great factory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ファミマでここの商品のチーズバーガーを買いましたが、食べた瞬間パサパサだったので中身を見ると、原材料に書かれてるはずのケチャップ、マスタードが全く入ってない。チーズとパティのみ。仕方なく自分でケチャップだけ付けて食べました。次から製造者を確認して、カネ美と書いてたら買わないように気を付けます。
I bought a cheeseburger for this product at Famima, but when I ate it, it was a papasa, so when I looked at the contents, there was no ketchup or mustard written on the ingredients. Only cheese and patties. I ate myself with only ketchup. Check the manufacturer from the next, and be careful not to buy if it says “Kanemi”.

工場内はタイからの実習生であふれ、衛生面も風紀も悪かったです。
作業中に大声で話したり勝手に場所を変えたりと注意も余り聞かずに好き勝手してました。
また現場の冷蔵庫や冷凍庫の取っ手は調理の方のソースや油で汚れている事も多々あり、器具も汚れてる事が多かったです。
台車も古く車輪が動かない物が多く、食材を入れた箱を積んで重たくなった台車を引きずって運ばなければならないのはとても大変で、何度か倒してしまい、足の上に降ってきたり、食材も無駄にしてしまった事が私を含め多数の方が経験していました。
食材を入れる箱も頭上より高く積まれてるので空箱とはいえ障害物に引っかかったり、台車のせいでバランスを崩した時に頭に降って来る事もあり危険な事が多かったです。
調理室を通る時にGや小バエや小さな蜘蛛を見つけて捕まえた事もありました。
また会社が赤字なのか、髪の毛をしまうネットの配布も無くなり、各自工夫するようにと言われてどうしようか悩んだ事もありました。(それから現場内での毛髪の発見が増えた気がします)
上司に相談しても聞くだけですぐに忘れてしまい(もしくは「仕方ない」と言われ)改善も殆どされず、このままでは自分の身も危なく、ずさんな衛生面と安全面に我慢ができず辞めてしまいした。

Also, maybe the company is in the red, the distribution of the internet that stores hair has disappeared, and I was wondering what to do when I was told to devise each one. (Since then, I feel that the number of hair discoveries on site has increased.)
Even if I consulted with my boss, I immediately forgot about it (or was told that it couldn't be helped), and there was almost no improvement. I quit.

下の方もおっしゃていますが恐らく共通の女性だと思われます。
肥満体質で目の細い女性ですが、もう言葉遣いが後輩にのみヤンキー男です。厳しいのではなく、柄が悪い。そして顔もブサイク。
わたしが働いていた時はその女性は熱処理から盛り付けの部屋に材料を持ってきたりするポジションでしたが、ちょうどいろんな人に関わる位置なので空気がキツかったイメージがありますね。明らかに1人だけ異常でした。社員にはニコニコしてましたが。
では社員はというと、悪い人ではないと思いますが、パートの名前と顔を覚えられない傾向があり、指示にミスがあってバタバタとすることが1日に１０回くらいはありあます。周りもその影響を受け、酷い有様。
ああいうのはみんなが辞めて上が動き出すので、悪いところがあれば遠慮なく辞めればいいと思いますよ。そしたら改善されるか機械化する。
