t	ta ta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日に、梅田からのシャトルバスを利用して行きました！平日なのか、行きも帰りも他の客はなく貸切バスの状態でした（笑）お店は2フロアーに分かれていますが、とても広いです！ジャンルごとに分かれていますが、とにかく種類が豊富です。どんな好みの人が行っても必ずあると思うくらいの多さです。その分、目移りもするしあれもこれも！って状態になります（笑）店員さんの接客も良く、親身になって相談に乗ってくれます！ 1番良かったのは全体の広さの1/4くらいのスペースを使ったアウトレットコーナーですね！アウトレットにも種類があり、展示品、再生品、在庫整理の新品等、細かく分けてあり、しかも安いです！このアウトレットを見に行くだけでも価値はあると思います！是非、おススメです！！ On weekdays, I took a shuttle bus from Umeda! J	Jenny mac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年の12月にオフィスチェアを買うためこちらの店舗を利用させていただきました。若い男性スタッフが担当だったのですが、その場での対応や丁寧な説明をしていただき購入までは至りました。ただ、急ぎで必要だったので支払いの手続きを早くしてほしいとお願いしたのですが、その後1週間、10日と過ぎても連絡が来ませんでした。前金は既に支払っており、3日以内には必ず連絡をさせていただきます、と言われまたが、結局こちらから連絡をすることになりました。別担当者に尋ねたところ、担当の男性スタッフが支払いの連絡をすることを忘れてしまっていたそうです。その後、担当者からの折り返しの電話もないまま謝罪もなく、別担当者から「〇日頃届きますので受け取りお願いします。」の一報だけでした。 20万円を超えるオフィスチェアを購入したにも関わらず、連絡も無く発送も遅れてら謝罪もないのは非常に憤りを感じました。 I used this store to buy an office chair last December. t	twoslow2speed2000 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store a few years back while shopping for furniture at the IDC Otsuka location in Yodoyabashi, I was interested in some pieces of furniture that were not displayed at that location and the salesperson suggested the Nanko location. Easy access by Chuo-Line/Tram line, large showroom with quite a large selection of the furniture that is shown on their website. Not as pristine as their showcase locations at Yodoyabashi/Namba Parks but nonetheless the ability to touch and feel the actual furniture that you are interested in is a big plus. I personally worked with the salesperson from the Yodoyabashi location so no sales experience with the local staff, but they seemed friendly and helpful even when I arrived at the store and mentioned that I was working with a salesperson from a different location.

It's expensive when compared to other well known stores but the quality is vastly superior with most products being made in Japan, Germany, and the UK. Good experience shopping, will go again. IDC takes up 2 floors in the ATC but you need to want to go there as if you don't buy anything, parking is ¥1000. IDC will refund this if you spend over ¥3000, but just to look around, that's too much. It seems a lot of people must feel the same as there are very few shops in the ATC. The owners need to rethink the parking charges to attract more customers.
