返事は遅い。プランめちゃくちゃ。
あまりにも返事が遅いので「お忙しそうですね？」と聞いたら「そうなんです。忙しいんですよ、ほんとこんな事してられないです。」の一言でここで家をお願いするのは辞めようと決めました。

契約書関連でヌケモレが多いので、一体ここの宅建さんは何をレビューしたのか失笑もの。書類仕事多いはずなんですがフォーマットもイマイチイケてない。
契約関連がザルだと法務、運用管理関連も不安になりますね。
ここの管理してる建物に住むのは不安になるやつ。

打ち合わせスペースの隣が社員の人の喫煙所になっているのか、とてもタバコ臭くて
子供を連れて行く事が毎回心配でした。
お茶を出してくれた女性もタバコの匂いプンプンで…タバコを吸わない者からすると、今時社内で喫煙出来る事が時代にマッチしていないと思います。そこだけが残念でした。
