スープはどれくらい塩を入れたらいいのか分からなかった。
24時間営業なのも良い。
The amount of small bowls is a masterpiece. Free refills of kimchi are good.
I didn't know how much salt to add to the soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソルロンタンを食べに赤坂の一龍に行ってきました。牛骨スープに自分で塩を振って味を整えます。少し多めの塩で、しっかり味付けする方が美味しいです。
キムチはおかわりができますので、ありがたいです。
I went to Ichiryu Akasaka to eat Seolleongtang. Sprinkle salt on the beef bone soup to adjust the taste. It is better to season it with a little more salt.
I am grateful that kimchi can be refilled.

ソルロンタンスープやカルビ、ロースを注文。
1階に一龍のソルロンタンスープ専門店があり、わかりづらいが5階に本店がある。本店では焼肉が食べられる。
お肉は柔らかく美味しいし、ソルロンタンスープとの相性もバッチリ。
スープがあっさりしすぎてる人は塩や胡椒で調整。
キムチなどの付け合わせだけでもお腹いっぱいになる。

There is a store specializing in Seolleongtang soup on the 1st floor, and the main store is on the 5th floor, which is difficult to understand. You can eat yakiniku at the main store.
The meat is tender and delicious, and goes perfectly with Seolleongtang soup.
If the soup is too light, adjust with salt or pepper.
Just garnishing with kimchi will make you full.

ソルロンタンは味に厚みがありますがあっさりのため、テーブルに置いてある塩を自ら入れて調整するスタイルです。
メニュー4品と少ないですが、ソルロンタン注文したところ韓国式にたくさんの副菜を提供頂けます。
余談ですが、接客も良い意味であっさりしてました（笑）
また来たいと思います。
