購入した家電製品に不具合があり（初期不良）返品をお願いしましたが、返品出来ないの一点張りでした。何やら店内にお客様の都合による返品返金は出来ないと張り紙があるらしく、それを主張してきましたが、そもそも客の都合ではありません。最終的には消費者センターに言えと言われて電話を切られました。かけ直すも喋る機会も与えられず切られました。まさにテレビなどで見かける〇〇業者などの対応そのもの様でした。返品に応じず壊れた物を売ってまで利益追求する営業方針のようです。自社の利益のためなら客の不利益は関係ないのでしょう。過失であれば返品返金に応じるのは当たり前ですし、それだけで済む話ですが、故意ではないかと感じました。客が泣き寝入りする事に恐らく味を占めているのでしょう。こういった店が存在している事に大変驚いております。高齢の方などがターゲットならなければ良いなと思います。

男性の店員さんがいたときに、何度かいろんな物を持っていったら全て売れたのに、別の日にまたいろいろな物を持って行ったら、今度は別の女性店員がいたのですが
「うちではこういうものは扱ってないので全て買い取れないです」と言われました。
明らかに同系統の品物も全て買い取れないといわれた。
なんかの詐欺なのかな？と思ったほどです。
様々な品物が店に並んでいるので
「似たような商品もいっぱいありますけど何で買い取れないんですか？」と聞くと、
「全てを買い取りでやってるわけではないので」と言われた。
いや、それでも自分が持って行った商品のジャンルは様々だし店頭にはそれと同系統の物だらけなので確実に “扱ってはいる” わけです。
あわせて考えると、買い取った物を売ってるわけではない、って言われると、盗品を売ってるのか？とかいろいろ勘繰ってしまう…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店側が品物の置き方が悪く、勝手に落っこちてしまって壊れたのにも関わらず近場に私がいたからと言って弁償させられました。壊してないと話をしても警察に呼ぶという話をされ、私も時間に余裕があれば警察を呼んでも構わなかったのですが時間の余裕がなく仕方がなかったので7000円も払わされました。本当に最低だと思いました、同じような事を二度と起こさない為にも今後気をつけようと思います。皆さんも気をつけてください

品物も高く一見の価値もありません。
転売屋にありがちな売り手が偉いかのように振る舞う態度、製造販売では無くただの横流し良く偉そうに振る舞えると呆れます。
ゴミ屋敷の住人の様にゴミに埋れて他人のゴミで日銭を稼ぐ輩は一般人と感覚が違うのでしょう。

久しぶりに、コロナ渦になってからは初めての訪問、相変わらず雑多でジャングルの様な店内、商品は大量にあります、状態の良くない商品も値段は高め、状態の良い物は更に高いです、値段はセカンドストーリーやオフハウスの方が安いですが、商品が多いので、探し物が見つかる可能性は高いです。

たまたま探していたものがありすぐに購入したのでお店の雰囲気はしっかり見られませんでしたが、広い店内にいろいろなものがありました。
配送していただいた時に、使っていたダイニングセットの引き取りをお願いしたのですが、快く引き取っていただき本当にありがたかったです。ベテランらしき方が本当に親切にしてくださいました。
ダイニングセットもとても満足しています。
