★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 粗大ゴミの申し込みの為に電話をかけたのですが、年配の男性が電話に出られ、お世辞にも丁寧とは言い難い対応を頂きました。行政から委託を受けている業務故か、営業トークをする必要性がないと判断しているのでしょうか？必要な事もわざわざこちから聞かなければ答えて頂けない程の横柄さでした。同県内にあるK市の粗大ゴミ受付センターとは、大違いのオペレーターのクオリティです。お電話に出られたおじ様、基本的な電話応対のお勉強を一からやり直して下さい。
