S	Sあんどぅー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かれこれ、1、2年通い続けています。そこで、気が付いたこと2つ、共有しようと思います。まず、1つ目。・継続なしに良くなることは無い。 3週間良い姿勢を保ち続ける必要があるそうです。骨盤を立てることを意識しながら、1年くらい通うと「姿勢がいいね」と言われました。 ※意識せず過ごしていてもまた逆戻りです 2つ目・カラダファクトリーに通い続けるだけでは足りない。運動(筋トレなど)とストレッチが必要。有酸素運動をして下さいと何度も言われました。科学的根拠は分かりませんが、ランニングをすると体が軽くなりますね！ストレッチは、首・肩周りをほぐすためです。自分の体の、硬いところや辛いところを伸ばしてあげると、次の施術の効果が高まるように感じます。自分に適したYouTubeの動画をみるといいと思います。私にとってカラダファクトリーは、基盤作りです。快適な生活を送るために通っています。みなさんのお役に立てれば幸いです。さて、この店舗についてです。施術には大変満足しています。しかし、開店時間に不満があります。 10時から施術なのに、9時58分に開店するのはどういうことでしようか？アルコール消毒、検温、着替えを含めて2分で行えますか？まして、他の方もいます。 5分前に開けて欲しいところです。以前は開いていましたよ！ I've been going there for a year or two.
