★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築9年の戸建ての売却を社長さんに担当して頂きました。時には利益にこだわらず、公平な立場で意見をしてくださったり、こちらのことを思いやって頂いたりと安心してお任せできました。見積りを依頼してから、不安に思う暇もないくらいトントン拍子に進みました。ありがたいことに、想定よりだいぶ早く、購入希望の方、多数に申し込みを頂きました。実は、ヤマダ不動産さんの他にも数社見積を取りましたが、ヤマダ不動産さんが一番金額を高く評価してくれました。驚きましたが、きちんとした根拠とかなり詳しく調査して頂いていたのでお任せしたところ、値引きも要請されることなく申し込みを多数頂きました。
住みながら現場見学会を土日２週にわたって開催してもらったのですが、感染防止対策も色々準備して頂きしっかりしてくれました。
私は細かい方だと思うのですが、契約書や重要事項説明書も、事前にアシスタントの方が雛型を説明の付箋を貼って届けてくださいました。こちらから問い合わせをしても既に調べてくれていたり手配済みだったりと、かゆいところに手が届く対応でした。
途中から私が引っ越しをしてのやりとりになったのですが、社長さんが住宅会社にいたことがあるので、留守にしてる家の管理も安心してお任せしました。途中、宮城県で地震があったときもすぐ確認、連絡をくれました。税金などのアドバイスも幅広く対応して頂けました。
大事にしていた自宅の売却で、金額も大きいものなので、ナーバスになるかと心配していましたが、社長さんとアシスタントせんの誠実なお人柄もあり、楽しいと思えたくらいです。お願いして良かったです。お勧めです！
 The president was in charge of selling the 9-year-old detached house. Actually, I got quotations from several companies besides Yamada Real Estate, but Yamada Real Estate highly evaluated the amount. I was surprised, but I left it to me because I had a proper basis and a fairly detailed investigation, and I received many applications without requesting a discount.
I had them hold a site tour for two weeks on Saturdays and Sundays while living, and they prepared various infection prevention measures and they were solid.
I think it's a detailed person, but the assistant also sent the contract and important matter explanation with a sticky note explaining the template in advance. Even if I made an inquiry from here, it was a response that I could reach the itchy place, as it had already been investigated or arranged.
I moved and exchanged information from the middle of the process, but since the president had been at a housing company, I was relieved to manage the house I was away from. On the way, when there was an earthquake in Miyagi prefecture, he immediately confirmed and contacted me. We also received a wide range of advice such as taxes.
I was worried that I would be nervous because it was a big sale of my house, which I had cherished, but I thought it was fun because of the sincere personality of the president and assistant. I'm glad you asked. It is recommended!
