ただ寿司にはなんとも言えがたく。
酢飯が柔らかすぎてお粥を握ってるようなびっくりするネチョネチョ感。
海苔巻きはとてつもなく酷かった。
天ぷらは衣サクサクで美味しかった?

お店の雰囲気は、かなり小綺麗にしており個室の為かなり良い印象でした。
お食事は寿司天婦羅御膳を注文しました。
お味に関してはお味噌汁、茶碗蒸しはかなりあっさりな味付けでした。
上品と言えば上品なのでしょうが、個人的にはもう少しお出汁が濃いめが好みでした。
お寿司と天婦羅は美味しくいただきました。
ランチ利用では値段なりという感じですかね。
機会があれば次回は夜に利用したいと思います。

I went to Hokota the other day and used it for lunch.
The atmosphere of the shop is quite clean and it was a very good impression because it is a private room.
For meals, I ordered Sushi Tempura Gozen.
Regarding the taste, miso soup and chawanmushi were fairly lightly seasoned.
Speaking of elegance, it may be elegant, but personally I liked the soup stock to be a little thicker.
The sushi and tempura were delicious.
Is it a price for lunch?
If I have a chance, I would like to use it at night next time.
