何度説明しても食べ物じゃないですかとかカタログだからチラシですよねとか意味不明な事を言って話が通じなかった
受け取った側もカタログギフトと書いてあればお返し物かなと理解するでしょうがチラシだと捨てられかねないのでちょっと不安が残ります。
When I tried to send the catalog gift as a return item, I hit an employee who did not know the catalog gift itself, so the contents were rewritten as a flyer.
Even if I explained it many times, it was a food because it was a catalog, so it was a leaflet.
The recipient will understand that it is a gift in return if it is written as a catalog gift, but if it is a leaflet it may be thrown away so I am a little worried.
