ステーキに適する部分が無くなれば焼き肉用やすき焼き用に切るようです。お安いラム肉やハラミカルビもお勧めです。
往きに宿泊用、帰りにお土産を買っていましたが、待ち時間短縮のため予約して往きにまとめ買いし、冷凍してお土産にするようになりました。
店主と相談しながら買うのがいいです。

ステーキ肉、ハラミ、バラ、カルビ、牛タンなど総額9000円近く。
店主さんは展示ケースに無かったお肉も裏から出してくれて、グラムのオマケまでしてもらいましたw
スーパーで買えば1.5倍以上の金額が掛かるくらいのいいお肉ばかりで、どれも凄く美味しかったです♪
BBQに使うのが勿体ないくらいの柔らかさと厚さがあり、大満足でした！
今度からお肉買う時はスーパーで買うより、ここで買うようにしたいです！

ご主人に馬刺しが欲しい旨を伝えると、「赤身」がいいか「霜降り」がいいか聞かれます。大体のグラム数を伝えると奥の冷凍庫から出してきてくれます。人数分の適量がわからなければ、相談にのってくれますよ。
牛肉も買えます。バーベーキュー用とステーキ用の牛肉を買ったこともありますが、とても美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに良い肉もあるが、別に此処ならではの肉が買えると訳では無い。わざわざ『立ち寄り地』にする程の価値は無い。都内でもっと安くて美味い肉を買って行く方がよっぽどいい。ただの地元の肉屋。ベタ褒めも散見されるがいつもの『観光地のドレッシング』現象。雑な応対のご婦人から買うのが良ければ寄るといい。

みんなで食べましたがとても美味しかったです。
店主は気さくで優しい方で、世間話を交えながらお肉について丁寧に説明していただき、買い物に行っただけですがとても良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。
お店の中で別荘の方が
「ここのお肉は美味しい！！」
と言っていたのも納得です。
