★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年半ほど前に、新車納車後翌日にセキュリティとドライブレコーダーを施工してもらいました。納車後信号待ちで天井見てビックリ。
天井をオイルの付いた汚れた手で触ったのか、助手席から後席までベタベタと黒い汚れが付いていました。
即Uターンして、コレは何かと問い合わせ。
うわー何これと言ったわいいが、二言目があたかも私が付けたような言い草。預けた前日に納車されたばかりだと言い、クリーニングしてもらいました。
綺麗にしてもらいました。(当然ですが)
で後日、今度はウインドウフィルム施工を依頼。結果。オイルがまた付いてました。フィルムとガラスの間に！
やり直し！
もう最悪ですよ。
時が経ち、シフトゲート部のコンソールを取り外す機会があり、ビックリです。おそらくカーナビの電源を取った時と思われるが、分岐タップの失敗(嵌めてしまった後に取り外し、別の位置で固定)ミスった箇所をテープなりを巻いてくれればいいが何もせず。配線も素人みたいな仕舞方でした。
二度と利用したくありません。
プロとして、お金を貰うのであれば、ちゃんと仕事して頂きたい。

It's the worst.
Over time, I was surprised to have the opportunity to remove the console at the shift gate. Probably when the power of the car navigation system was turned on, but the branch tap failed (remove it after fitting it and fix it in another position). It would be nice if you could wrap the mistaken part with tape, but do nothing. Wiring was also done like an amateur.
I don't want to use it again.
As a professional, if you want to get money, I would like you to work properly.

コーティングの種類が非常に多いのでどれを選ぶべきか迷いましたが、電話で打ち合わせして車種や塗装色から適正なコーティングをアドバイスして頂けたので、結果的に満足度は高かったです。
納車直後の車を預けに伺うと、スタッフの方が施工作業中。
気合の入った丁寧な施工でしたので、安心してお任せする事ができました。
50%OFFのキャンペーン中で、ボディコーティング自体もリーズナブルでしたが、同時に施工して頂いたホイールコーティングとガラスコーティングも50%OFFで、結果的にはディーラーでボディコーティングを行う2/3の費用でボディコーティングとホイールコーティングとガラスコーティングを行う事が出来ました。しかも、恐らくディーラーより上手だと思います。
施工翌日に引き取りに伺うと、鏡のようになったボディに、昨日と同じ車なのかと疑う程。
施工後1か月経ちましたが、滑水効果は持続しています。
お任せして良かったです。

And I think they are better than dealers.
The day after the construction, I came to pick up, and I wondered if it was the same car as yesterday.
It has been a month since construction, but the gliding effect is sustained.
It is good to leave it.

H6年式のスカイラインのガラスコーティングを依頼。予約時に車をチェックしてもらったのですが、大きな傷は消せないがまぁ綺麗になりますよと期待の膨らむことを言われ依頼することにしたのですが・・・
7月にコーティングを行ったのですが、確かに見違えるほど綺麗になり、水弾きも抜群。言われた通り、水洗いで月3、4回メンテを行なってきました。
ところが！3ヶ月しないうちに屋根部分がくすんで水が弾かなくなりました。
直ぐに店に連絡したら、見せてくださいと。
で、見てもらったら「あー、これは塗装が劣化ですね、どこでコーティングしてもこうなりますよ」と平然と言ってきました。
ならなぜ中古車のコーティングにはそういったリスクがあると施工前に説明がないのか？と聞くと、「お客様の車の塗装に問題あるなんてお客様に申し訳なくて言えません」とこれまた平然と言ってきました。
数千円のコーティングならまだしも、定価十数万円もするコーティングをリスク説明なしに顧客に提供する神経は理解できません。詐欺と言われても仕方ないのでは？？？
顧客対応は最悪の極みです。
新車のコーティングならいいのかもしれませんが、そうでない方はここで施工依頼しないほうがいいです。

However! Within three months, the roof became dull and the water stopped repelling.
If you contact the store immediately, please show me.
Then, when I saw it, he said plainly, "Oh, this is a deterioration of the paint, no matter where you coat it."
Then why is there no explanation before construction that there is such a risk in the coating of used cars? "I'm sorry to say that there is a problem with the painting of your car," he said plainly.
Even if it is a coating of several thousand yen, I do not understand the nerve to provide a coating with a list price of 100,000 yen to customers without risk explanation. Isn't it unavoidable to be called a fraud? ?? ??
Customer service is the worst.
It may be good if it is a coating for a new car, but if it is not, it is better not to request construction here.
