★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここまで歩いて辿り着くには、私のような体力が無い人にはしんどいですが、家族で楽しめる場所です。夏でも涼しく過ごせると思います。
子供はだいたい川で遊んでいます。大人たちはアウトドアクッキングを楽しんでいます。
 It's hard for people like me who don't have the physical strength to walk to this point, but it's a place for families to enjoy. I think you can stay cool even in the summer.
Children are usually playing in the river. Adults enjoy outdoor cooking.

新神戸駅からハイキングがてら行くことができます。途中に布引の滝を含めていろいろな滝やダムや橋があります。
ブラタモリでも特集されていました。
ここでは直火でバーベキューが出来るので夏場は多くの人で賑わいます。川遊びも出来るので楽しいところです。
ルールとマナーを守ってゴミは持ち帰りましょう。

You can go hiking from Shin-Kobe Station. There are various waterfalls, dams and bridges along the way, including Nunobiki Waterfall.
It was also featured in Bura Tamori.
You can have a barbecue here on a direct fire, so it is crowded with many people in the summer. It's a fun place because you can play in the river.
Follow the rules and etiquette and take your trash home with you.

入口は北側から入ると良いようです

結構な場所にも関わらず大勢の人で賑わっていました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 渓流の河川敷。山の中に開けた広場。水がめちゃくちゃきれい。プチキャンプを楽しむ人がちらほら。BBQされているのを見ることも多い。この大自然のオアシスは皆んなで大事にしたいね。
川にはカニがいたり、淡水魚に詳しくないんで種類はわからんけど魚が優雅に泳いでる。
再度公園や大龍寺から近く、東へ行くと布引方面と繋がる。また上流を登ると渓流沿いのトゥエンティクロスを通って森林植物園へと繋がる。
Riverbed of mountain stream. An open space in the mountains. The water is insanely clean. There are people who enjoy petit camp. I often see them being BBQed. I want to take good care of this oasis of nature.
There are crabs in the river, and I'm not familiar with freshwater fish, so I don't know the type, but the fish are swimming gracefully.
It is close to the park and Dairyuji Temple again, and if you go east, you will be connected to the Nunobiki area. If you climb upstream, you will reach the Forest Botanical Garden through the Twenty Cross along the mountain stream.

どのルートも舗装されていて歩きやすく、多くのハイカーの方がこの市ヶ原辺りで休憩を取られていました。
トイレもあり子連れハイカーにも大変過ごしやすい場所です。
小枝を集めて焚き火をしたり、グループで本格的なデイキャンしたりと各々皆さん楽しそうでした。
春先には人がどっと増えることを思うと冬のこの時期は最高です。
It's a great place to have lunch on a hike.
All routes were paved and easy to walk, and many hikers were taking breaks around Ichigahara.
There is also a toilet, making it a very comfortable place for hikers with children.
Everyone seemed to enjoy collecting twigs and bonfire, and doing a full-scale day can in a group.
Considering that the number of people will increase in early spring, this time of winter is the best.
