桜	桜城みわ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 働く側としてはあまり良くないと思う。ほぼ毎日残業(10時間労働は当たり前)、日本人は3割しかいない。個人的に女性のシフト管理の方のコミュニケーションに問題あると思います。それで辞めました。言葉遣いが悪いと思います。それを本人は分かってない上、当たり前だと判断してる人だと思うからもうこっちから何も言えないけど、シフトの出し方も出たいところじゃなくて出られないところだけ✕を付けてあとは会社側が全部決めるって感じで当方は合いませんでした。日本人なら他の会社行った方がいいです。多分風邪ひいてしまった、急用ができて出られなくなった、とかを許して貰えない会社です。グレーライン。やっぱり人が嫌だった。初対面で女性のシフト管理する社員のコミュニケーションのとり方おかしいなって思ったしそれで日本人ほとんど居ないのかもね。所長さんは普通に良い人だったのに。 I don't think it's good for the working side. I thought it was strange to communicate with the employees who managed the shift of women for the first time. The director was an ordinary good person.
