見積を依頼しましたが、いつまでたっても連絡が来ない状態でした。
こちらから電話しオペレーターに旨を話した所、少々お待ち下さいとだけ言われ工場の方に繋がれ、再度仕様等の旨を説明しましたが「うちではできません。」とのこと。無茶な依頼をした訳でもなく別のメーカーの方には通じたのですが。その後返信し忘れていた事の謝罪も一切なく冷たく否協力的なお返事でとても残念でした。

I requested a quote, but I wasn't able to contact you indefinitely.
I called from here and told the operator that I was just waiting for a while. I was connected to the factory and explained the specifications again, but I couldn't do it at home. I didn't make an unreasonable request, but I told another manufacturer. I was very sorry for the cold and cooperative response without any apology for forgetting to reply.
