度々宝石修理やオーダーメイドで無理難題な事を依頼しておりますが、創意工夫を凝らし満足の行く様に対処して頂いております。
お店に行くとルースの石が沢山有るので、ついつい長居してしまします。
創業者のお父様がご健在の時から通って居りましたが、
今はお母様と長男と二人でご経営されております。
平日はお母様が店に立ち日曜日は長男が店に立たれて居られます。
通常息子で社長は別に有る工房で自ら宝石加工を日々されて居られます。
友人知人を安心して紹介出来る、宝石屋・修理屋・
オーダーメイドショップ・石屋・です。 笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も言っていますが、お店の人が上から目線でなんだかんだ言って修理を受け付けてくれない。全くその通りでした。こちらの話を聞かずに勘違いで物事を進められ、大切なジュエリーを一度失くされ、喧嘩腰で対応され、結局リフォームを勝手に取りやめて「他所へ行ってください」と返されました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネックレスのマルカン部分のチェーン切れで持ち込みましたが、おばさん？おばあさんが店番をしていて、説明したところ、「自分で直したら？」と驚愕の発言
自分で直せたら持ち込みません！
「ロウ付けが切れてしまったので、ロウ付けして修理して欲しいんです」と言ったら「ロウ付けなんかしてないわよ」と。
いや、してますよ、よく見てください。と根気よく見せたら渋々ルーペで見て「あ、ホントだ。ロウ付けしてあるね。修理しても良いけど、ウチでやると高いよ。自分でペンチで直しなよ」と言われました。
あきれて物も言えず、怒りも起きませんでした。黙って持ち帰りました。
商売とはこんなものではないですよ。
お辞めになられた方がよろしいのでは？
