新潟駅前万代口から新潟市役所,新潟県民会館,新潟市民芸術文化会館(りゅーとぴあ)含む白山公園(神社)への移動に便利。
新潟市中央区の3回目の新型コロナワクチン集団接種会場のひとつである新潟市役所分館(旧市役所分館)最寄りのバス停。
停車するバスは全てBRT含む車椅子対応車両と思われるが事前確認をすることが望ましい。
このバス停には同名の｢市役所前｣のバスのりば４～７が並んでいる。
屋根と壁があり付近に冷暖房完備の待合室と公衆トイレ(多目的トイレ有り)も併設されていて非常に快適。
