Y	Yuichiro KOJIMA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 場所や価格は街中華だけど、味は街中華の域にはない、人気の店。初見は鉄板の海老炒飯と海鮮春巻をオーダーすれば、まず後悔なし。炒飯の海老はしっかり処理されていて生臭さもなく、単体でも美味しい。炒飯もややしっとりめだが、べたつきはなく味付けも洗練されていてレベルが高いが、量は気持ち少なめ。海鮮春巻は二本からオーダーでき、パリパリの皮の中に大きいホタテ・エビ・イカがぎゅうぎゅうに詰まっていて、シンプルながらも油っぽさは一切ない。海鮮春巻用の花椒塩が用意されているので、迷わず使うべき。 ---（後日リピート）--- 箸袋で四川を謳っていたため、一般的なランチ価格のラーメンセット（ミニ麻婆丼）と、肉焼売もチェック。ラーメンと焼売は悪くはないものの、次第点。麻婆丼は少しだけ花椒の香りはするものの、辛みも痺れもさほどではなく、パンチは少なめ。挽き肉でコクは出しているが、味濃いめでかき消され気味と、トータルでは感動なし。次回は五目そばや炒め物あたりを試してみたい。 The place and price are Chinese food, but the taste is not in the area of Chinese food, it is a popular shop. The person that took our order told us what dishes had pork in them. She was super nice even with the language barrier. Super helpful will most likely return on a different night.
