ここ、伊吹の里には人気の蕎麦屋さんも並んでおります。
今日は美味しいソフトクリームに使われている伊吹牛乳を求めて立ち寄りました。
地元の学校給食にも使われている伊吹牛乳。
店内にはヨーグルトやプリンも売られております。
伊吹牛乳を使ったアイスクリームがどうしても目にとまり、誘惑に勝てずに購入です。
色々な味のアイスクリームが並んでいます。
ソフトクリームではなくアイスクリーム、濃厚なミルクの味が美味しいアイスクリームでした。
雪の被った伊吹山と真っ白なアイスクリーム。
美味しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。

Snow-covered Mt. Ibuki and pure white ice cream.
It was delicious.

牛乳だけでなく、ソフトクリームやケーキなどもあるけれど、やはりここは牛乳一択。

85℃15分殺菌の高温保持殺菌牛乳「伊吹牛乳」とその伊吹牛乳で作ったアイスクリームを伊吹牛乳本社工場直売所で頂きました。
○アイスクリーム（ラムレーズン）360円
○伊吹牛乳（180ml紙パック）90円
道の駅「伊吹の里」に隣接する本社工場直売所「ミルクファーム伊吹」で頂きました。
スーパーに並ぶ9割以上は120〜130℃超高温で2秒瞬間殺菌した超高温瞬間殺菌牛乳ですが、それらに比べて焦げ臭さ少なく、飲みやすい牛乳です。
紙パック180mlが90円は良心的価格です。

こちらのショップで作っているようで、駐車場の窓からは作る工程がガラス張りで見えるようになってました。
アイスクリームというよりは、ジェラートみたいな感じですね。
甘すぎず、美味しかったです。
