練習は規律があり、緊張感のある雰囲気の中、真剣に取り組む楽しさを学べます。
先生は厳しくもあり、優しくもあり、多くの生徒さんが通っています。
金曜日の練習では、子どもを中心に基本的なことを教えてもらえます。土日は幼稚園児～大人まで、あわせて３０人～４０人くらいで練習しています。小学生もたくさんいます。
初心者には、上手な子や黒帯の大人が組み手をして、分かるように教えてくれます。１人になることはないので、安心です。
技や受け身の練習、気を意識する練習など、心身ともに鍛えられます。
うちの子は、合気道を習い始めてから半年で、姿勢もよくなり、弱音を吐くことが少なくなりました。

In the practice on Friday, you will be taught basic things, especially children. On Saturdays and Sundays, we practice with 30 to 40 people, from kindergarten to adults. There are many elementary school students.
For beginners, good kids and black belt adults will assemble and teach you to understand. It ’s safe because you ’re never alone.
You can train your body and mind, such as practicing skills and passives, and conscious exercises.
My child has improved his posture and is less likely to vomit a weak sound six months after starting to learn Aikido.
