下草は程よく草刈りがしてあり、遊ぶには十分な環境と思います。
多数の方が遊びに来られており、各々テント、タープを張り、バーベキュー等を楽しまれていました。
遊歩道も整備されており、散歩、サイクリングも可能です。
I visited on 2021.04.12.
The undergrowth is moderately mowed and I think it is a sufficient environment to play.
Many people came to visit us, and each had a tent, tarp, and barbecue.
The promenade is well maintained, and you can take a walk or cycle.

ホームセンター、スーパー銭湯あるので便利です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が広いので、停められないことはまずありません。また、もともとそんなに人が来る場所でもないので、ほかの方の迷惑になるようなことも、まずありません。特に子供連れの方には良い場所だと思います。
最近はどこの公園でも禁止となっている、キャッチボール等のボール遊び、あと正月の凧揚げにはうってつけの場所です。ただし、ゴルフの練習は明確に禁止となっていますので、絶対にしないようにしてください。
あと、ここの河原沿いの道路はよく白バイが取り締まっているので、休日によっては1時間に1回のペースで白バイのサイレンが鳴り、脇道へ連れていかれる車を見ることができます（笑）。
【2020.4.29 追記】
コロナの影響で、飲食は自粛となっています。駐車場に車を止めていると、お巡りさんがバイクで巡回に来ていました。
Since the parking lot is large, it is unlikely that you cannot stop. Also, since it is not the place where people come from originally, it is unlikely to bother other people. I think it is a good place especially for those with children.
It's a perfect place for playing balls such as catching balls and flying kites for the New Year, which is prohibited in any park these days. However, golf practice is clearly prohibited, so please do not do this.
Also, because the roads along the riverside here are often cracked down by white motorcycles, depending on the holidays, you can see the car that is taken to a side road with a white motorcycle siren ringing once every hour (laughs).

Due to the influence of the corona, eating and drinking is restrained. When I parked my car in the parking lot, a policeman was visiting by motorcycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広い原っぱで河川敷ですが茂みに阻まれ川が見えるような感じではありません。
トイレは両端に２基。汲取式和式トイレです。
ペーパーがおいてありましたが常にあるかはわかりません。
ところどころ植樹されており、木陰が気持ちいいです。
チェアリングにはもってこいですね。
ベンチもありました。
広葉樹中心なので秋には小さいお子さんなら木の実拾いが楽しめます。
レビューにもデイキャンパーさんが焚火の写真を上げていますが北側のレンガが敷いてあるバーベキューサイト以外火気禁止ですから写真は消したほうがよろしいかと。
勘違いして所構わず焚火をする輩が集まって使用できなくなるのが一番困りますし。
It is a wide open field and a riverbed, but it is not like you can see the river because of the bushes.
There are two toilets on both ends. It is a pumping type Japanese style toilet.
I had a piece of paper, but I don't know if it's always there.
Trees are planted here and there, and the shade of the trees feels good.
It's perfect for chairing.
There was also a bench.
Since it is mainly hardwood, small children can enjoy picking up nuts in the fall.
Day Camper also posted a photo of the bonfire in the review, but since fire is prohibited except for the barbecue site where the bricks on the north side are laid, it is better to erase the photo.
The biggest problem is that people who misunderstand and bonfire gather and cannot use it.
