 It's a very beautiful hospital. My mother-in-law was taken care of by HCU, but all the staff were kind and I was able to leave it with confidence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生、看護師さん共に真摯に対応してくれました。退院まで安心して入院生活を過ごす事が出来ました。手術の前後もきちんと家族にも詳細を話してくれました。
医療設備も最新で信頼出来る病院だと思います。

発熱外来は初診だと受けられないっておかしくない？ 残念すぎて笑えました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 健康診断時の腹囲検査は、健診待合室の一角にありカーテン越しで計測してます。それは構わないですが「腹囲○cmです」とその場で言われるので待っている人に聞こえていました。口に出す必要を感じません。

何回か利用させて頂きましたが、電話すると預かりたくないような雰囲気を感じます。
迎えに行くと1日の様子を書いてくれた紙を渡してもらえるのですが、明らかに体温が上がってるのにも関わらず、明日は普通の保育園行けますと言われ、次の日も預けるため電話をすると、昨日熱下がってたと思うんですけど。と言われ、こちらがじゃあいいです。というのを待ってるような対応でした。
病院の小児科は先生も看護師さんもいい人ですが、病児保育の点が少し残点です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外来担当医表を見ても、内科は、どの曜日に何が専門の先生が来るのか分かりません。週に半日だけという先生も多いです。
紹介状を書いてもらうなら、内科とひとくくりでなく、「診療科が細かく分かれた病院の方が良いのでは」と思います。
内科の初診は、疾患にあった先生とは限らず、新たに予約を取ることになります。
非常勤の先生が多く、いくら良い先生でも、週１回しか来ないのでは、検査も診断もなかなか進みません。
( 何かあっても、担当の先生には、つながらないだろうな。) という不安もあります。
結局、更に詳しい検査が必要となり、紹介状をもらって転院しました。転院まで、とても長く感じました。

(Even if something happens, the teacher in charge will not be able to connect.) There is also anxiety.
In the end, I needed a more detailed examination, so I received a letter of introduction and was transferred to another hospital. I felt very long until I was transferred to another hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かかりつけの皮膚科で紹介状を書いてもらい、こちらの形成外科を受診しました。
若い男性医師が担当でしたが、優しい雰囲気で気さくに話をしてくれて、私の質問にも丁寧に答えてくれたので、とてもリラックスして診察を受ける事が出来ました。こちらが聞きたい事も遠慮せずに色々と聞くことが出来ました。
手術も手際よくやって頂き、長年気になっていた症状が解消されました。また症状が出た時には、是非またこの先生に見て頂きたいです。
