★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6ヶ月点検をお願いして２日後路上で立往生、ハイブリッドシステムの一部が故障(その時は全く原因不明)したためで古い車を買い替えずいつまでも乗ってるこちらが悪いのに、点検直後という責任を感じさせてしまったのか無償で修理していただきました。遠方での立往生で回収にも費用がかかるのにそれもうまーく処置していただき、結局部品代だけで車が直って帰ってきました。対応次第では何十万もかかるところすべてお店持ち。こんな迷惑なお客さんがたくさんいたらお店の今後は…。せめて感謝の気持ちだけはここに評価として残させてください。車検だけでなく保険や個人で行う整備についても丁寧に説明してもらえる、すべてにおいて良い意味での「天下のトヨタ」ならではのお店です。

Not only the vehicle inspection, but also the insurance and personal maintenance will be explained carefully, and it is a store unique to "Tenka Toyota" in a good sense.

常連さん向けの販売店なのかセールスの人以外は積極的に応対しない。
