★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男性のフロントマンの対応がダメ。点検に行き店内には、自分１人だったが、知り合いから電話が来たのか大声で雑談。そのフロントマンが20分後、点検が終わり店舗入口まで乗ってきたので終了だと思い待っていたが、応対がなく、他の客が来て対応を始めた。するとフロントに座り他の修理見積りを作り始め20分待った。おかしいと思いフロントに行き点検が終わっているのか、そのフロントマンに確認したら、涼しい顔して終わってると返答。そのフロントマンは嫌な顔をしていた。TOYOTAのディ－ラ－は、今は、こんなにダメなんだと痛感した。とても残念。もう行きません。
Correspondence of male frontman is not good. I went to the inspection and was alone in the store, but I chatted loudly whether a phone call came from an acquaintance. Twenty minutes later, the frontman finished the inspection and got on to the entrance of the store, so I thought it was over, but there was no response and other customers came and started responding. Then I sat down at the front desk and started making other repair quotes and waited 20 minutes. I thought it was strange and went to the front desk to check with the frontman if the inspection was finished, and he replied that it was finished with a cool face. The frontman had an unpleasant look. The Toyota dealer realized that it was so bad now. Very disappointing. I won't go anymore.
