★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こころの悩みがあったが精神科は敷居が高く保健師さんの勧めで男性嘱託医（精神科医）に相談しましたが、否定・説教ばかりでした。その言い方はやめてほしいと言っても無視、ひたすら傷付くだけでしたのでコストパフォーマンス最悪。今後二度と利用しませんし周りに勧めません。精神科医の立場を利用し自身の価値観、苛々、鬱憤を患者にぶつけているようにすら感じました。相談しなきゃよかった、せめて患者口コミが良く医師の紹介がHPにきちんと記載されている精神科医に行けばそのようなリスクは減ったのではないかと後悔・反省してます。
保健所にカルテ（個人情報）も渡してるので今回口コミを書くか迷いましたが、嘱託医については口コミがなく病院のように医師紹介もない相手に悩みを本音で相談してしまったことそれ自体が危険な事なのかも知れません。
保健所には何名か嘱託医がいるみたいなので、相談する方は保健師さんに嘱託医の情報を得てから相談するか検討した方が良いかも知れません。心が弱い時は相談する相手を選ばないとより事態は悪化することがわかりました。
この口コミが誰かの参考になればと思います。
しかし保健所の機能としては問題ありませんので星２つとしました。
Although I had some mental problems, the psychiatrist had a high threshold and I consulted with a male contract doctor (psychiatrist) at the recommendation of a public health nurse, but all I could do was deny and preach. Even if I asked him to stop saying that, I ignored it, and it just hurt me, so the cost performance was the worst. I will not use it again in the future and I do not recommend it to others. I even felt that I was using my position as a psychiatrist to hit my patients with my values, irritation, and anger. I regret and regret that I should have consulted, at least if I went to a psychiatrist who had good patient reviews and had a doctor's referral properly listed on the website, that risk would have been reduced.
Since I also handed out medical records (personal information) to the health center, I was wondering whether to write a review this time, but as for the contract doctor, I really consulted with a person who has no word of mouth and no doctor introduction like a hospital. May be dangerous.
It seems that there are several contract doctors at the health center, so it may be better to consult with a health doctor after getting information about the contract doctor. It turns out that when you have a weak heart, things get worse if you don't choose someone to talk to.
