冷やしはまずまずですが水切りは若干あまいかな！蕎麦のコシはちょっと弱いかも！全体的に蕎麦の長さが短い！蕎麦を、すする感じが出来ない！蕎麦つゆは濃くてすっぱめで好みでわない！ご馳走さまでした！

本格十割蕎麦とふかふか穴子、野菜もトマト、オクラ、ゴーヤなどこだわりの美味しさが楽しめました。天然塩、抹茶塩、カレー塩も気を衒わず穴子との相性は秀逸でした。
個室の堀座敷は静かで落ち着いた雰囲気で過ごせました。
決して、量を求めたガッツリ派ではなく、静かに美味しく、それでいて畏まらずに本格蕎麦を食べたい、という気分は十分に満たしてくれます。
イオンの前でロケーションも行きやすい、店員の方もとても丁寧で感じの良いお店でした。

You can enjoy the authentic taste of 10% buckwheat noodles, fluffy conger eel, and vegetables. Natural salt, matcha salt and curry salt did not care, and the compatibility with conger was excellent.
The moat room in the private room was quiet and calm.
It's not a gutsly sought after amount, it's quiet and delicious, yet it's enough to satisfy you with a desire to eat authentic soba without fear.
The location was easy to access in front of Aeon, and the clerk was also very polite and pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦の名店 千曲に昼食に行きました。二色盛（薬膳そばと並そば）と海老と野菜の天ぷら盛り合わせ、天せいろ（大盛）を注文しました。
そばは2種類楽しめます。塩は硫黄の風味の黒い塩と、ピンク色のネパールの塩、そしてカレー風味の黄色い塩と、さまざまな風味で天ぷらを楽しめます。もちろんつゆにつけても天ぷらを楽しめます。
とにかく、たくさんの香りや風味でそばや天ぷらを楽しめるのはとても良かったです。
最後はそば湯をつゆに入れて飲み干しました。少しとろっとしたつゆで美味しかったです。
おちゃはドリンクバーでセルフサービスとなっていました。
店内は和風の作りで統一されていて、落ち着きのある感じでした。
座敷席や半個室、個室がありますので、さまざまなシーンで利用可能だと思います。

天ぷらが、とてもあげたてサクサク！
自然薯を青じそで挟んで揚げた天ぷらには感動しました。接客の、お母さんの小言が待ってる間きこえてきてて。とても微笑ましい小言で。 また行きたいお店ですね。
