さ	さくまさ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ロッテの工場跡地にできた、広くて新しいきれいな場所。土日に、移動動物園などの子供向けのイベントをやっているので、よく出掛けます。コロナ後再開したので、昨日行きました。土曜日にはナマズ釣りもあったそうです。もしもモデルハウスを見学する際は、少々気を遣いますが、強制ではなく、スタッフの方も気分良くさらっと対応していただけました。中央にWi-Fiのあるカフェや自動販売機、トイレがあるので、休憩もできます。いつも空いているのでノンストレスです。 A large, clean new place on the site of the Lotte factory. 長	長島宏希 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 落ち着いて見学ができる展示会場です。センターハウスの方々も丁寧に対応していただきますので嬉しいです。ただ、近隣に私学の海城高校がありますので承知をしておきましょう。海城の生徒の多くは柴田澄雄校長先生の真似でしょうか?必ずポッケに手を突っ込んで歩いています。学校周辺の公の場という意識が無い行動が気になります。見境の無い(教室の続きの如く道路を我が物のごとく占領する)行動さえ気にしなければ素敵な住宅展示場です。 It is an exhibition hall where you can calmly tour. w	with time on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年にオープンした新しい住宅総合展示場。最寄駅は新大久保になります。高田馬場から新宿へ抜ける新しい道沿いにある住宅展示場。山手線添いにあるロッテの工場跡地にできています。積水ハウス、ヘーベルハウス、住友林業、ダイワハウス、ミサワホーム、三井ホームなど有名なハウスメーカーが揃っています。通路の道幅も広くゆったりと見学できます。駐車場も100台以上完備とのことでゆとりがあります。イベントもするスペースも充実しており家族連れには良い展示場かと思います。また住宅展示場のインフォメーションセンター内にカフェがありコーヒー等を購入して飲むことできます。それと植栽や雑貨も販売しており生活提案もされているようです。 A new housing general exhibition center opened in 2019.
