★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I studied here in 2016-2017 for 6 months, starting at a sub n3 level, and ended with a good passing n3 score in December 2016, and failed n2 by 1 mark in summer 2017.
The teachers are kind, professional, and I felt the method they used was effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand how they can get near to 5 stars, they must be paying people for good comments.
(They pay us 10000yen if we recommend Human to our friends, which is probably not legal...)
You must first know something about Human, it's a company, not human school.
If you enter Human you will be between customer and student, and they use it very well. They will do business on you, then give you a paper which has no valor at all, sayonara.
I liked some teachers of course, it's just about the system it's a gigantic trap.
Sorry but that wasn't a good year of learning for me, disappointed and so many times deceived. I feel bad to give one star, wish there was the zero star option.

Not only the teachers but all staffs in school also treat students so gently caring and friendly, for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A certain (High Intermediate to Advanced Japanese) class teacher mocked me, saying how bad my Japanese speaking skill was. All my classmates heard it. A few were amused by the comment. It was horrible. The online class wasn't recorded nor anyone from management wasn't around to monitor the professionalism of teacher.
So what I'm saying here is, be prepared to get mocked if you happen to take a class managed by that certain teacher. There are other teachers who are kind and supportive though. I would rate this school 4 stars but ended up with 1 star rate because of that incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take online classes - both group and private. The class material is very good quality and will help you progress quickly. I give the course material and books 5 stars. However, the service is variable - it depends on who your teacher is and who your liaison is. Some of them are just plain rude, but most of them are nice and explain things well. If you don't like a teacher, simply try another one, or take the same class during the next round. Improvements they can make: Offering the student a syllabus at the beginning of class, or by using a service like BlackBoard. I would also prefer to be able to sign up for group lessons directly online rather than emailing back and forth with a liaison.
