一方の施設では、しんどくてリハビリもできず、食事もほとんど取れていませんと記載がありました。
しかし、こちらからの連絡表には、毎回食事は全量摂取、リハビリもできていることになっていました。
おかしいと思い、施設の方に問うと、「今日は食べれてなかったです。リハビリもできてなかったです。」との返答がありました。
その一週間後祖父は亡くなりました。
全く利用者のことをみていない、最低な施設です。
 My grandfather went to two facilities.
At one of the facilities, it was stated that it was difficult to rehabilitate and that they could hardly eat.
However, according to the contact list from here, it was stated that the whole meal was taken and rehabilitation was possible every time.
I thought it was strange, and when I asked the facility, I received a reply, "I couldn't eat today. I couldn't rehabilitate."
A week later my grandfather passed away.
It is the worst facility that does not look at the users at all.
