この乗り場からは、 [吉63] (柳沢駅通り経由) 吉祥寺駅 [田41] 田無駅行きなどが発着。この駅からは他に、 [吉66] (東伏見駅北口・武蔵関駅入口経由) 吉祥寺駅 [鷹21] 三鷹駅練馬区みどりバス [保谷ルート] 光が丘駅行きも発着。 [鷹21] のみ関東バス・西武バス共同運行。他は全て西武バスによる運行。 ■運賃練馬区みどりバスのみ均一制運賃。他の路線は、対キロ区間制運賃の多運賃制で、運賃収受は信用方式の前払い、 ①前扉から乗車 ②運転士に行き先(自分が降りる停留所)を申告 ③運転士が機械を操作したら運賃支払いの手順で乗車する。 ■他この駅から各方面へ行くとき、西武新宿線へ→[吉66]利用東伏見駅北口下車ＪＲ中央線へ→[鷹21]利用三鷹駅下車吉祥寺駅へ→[吉66]利用が所要時間最短。南口エレベーター・南口階段を下りた左手、バスターミナルの隅に当たるなかなか目につきにくい所に、バス路線図(案内図)がある。少し歩いた「保谷駅入口」停留所から練馬区「みどりバス」 [南大泉ルート] (武蔵関駅南口経由) 関町福祉園行きが出ている。
