y	ytaka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お勧めしません。ほかの不動産屋に行ったほうがいいです。担当者名：石川社員 (ハウスパートナー金町店に異動となったようです。）内見の二日前に電話で事前に内見予約を数件し当日店舗に伺うと、管理会社へのアポを取っていいなかったようで、私たちがついてから管理会社に内見可能か確認をはじめました（笑）結果、内見予約していた物件は一つも内見できず、当日1件だけ紹介していただいた物件へは、担当者だけが車で向かい、我々は電車来いとのことでした。結果、担当者が来るまで私たちは物件の前に20分以上待たされる羽目となり内見時も気だるそうな雰囲気で非常に気分が悪かったです。青砥にはここ以外に素敵な不動産屋がたくさんありますので、わざわざこちらの不動産屋を利用する必要はないかと思います。また、最近はgoogleの口コミ操作も簡単になってきていますので、こちらの不動産の評価も3以上となっておりますが、過去の口コミを見ると酷評のあらしです。 Not recommended.
