ミスは誰にでもありえることだと思いますが客に何の事情の説明もなく30分間放置するのはどうなんでしょうか。
30分後帰ります言ったらもういけますが……と(笑)
最初から手違いがあって30分くらいかかりますと説明してたらこんないやな気持ちにはならなかったと思います。
