お店で注文するとずっと待たされるから電話で予約して、指定時間に行ったら まあまあ混んでたんだけど メガネかけた男の店員といつもいる若い女店員がいたんだけど、客が来ても「いらっしゃいませ」もないし、2人してずーっと下見てレシート見てて一切客の方を見ないし、なんかコソコソ動いてるから 声をかけるタイミングがなかなかつかず やっと「予約してた者ですけど」って言ったら謝りもせずに無愛想に商品渡されました。めちゃくちゃ不快でした。 昔はもっと親切丁寧な人がいたんだけどねえ。 ってか行くたびにカウンターにいつもいる若い女店員 いつも不快な気分にさせられるから、マジ違う人に変えてほしい

いつも利用させて頂いてます。日曜でネット注文をして時間通りに行くと沢山の人が居ました。あと5分お待ちください。と言われましたが待てど待てどと呼ばれません。途中私が頼んだ商品かな?と思い見てましたがレジ後ろに置かれて30分。キャンセルで!って怒りながら帰る人がいたり、キャンセルしたお客さんが帰ってすぐに店長らしき人が裏で「今のお客さんのお弁当出来てたよ!何してるの!」って大声出して居たり、言われた従業員は追い掛けもせずアワアワしてるだけ。裏に居た従業員に半ギレで「レジ替わってください!!」と大きな声を出して言っていた。情けない。やっと呼ばれて渡されたがお弁当は冷めきってる。(結局ネット注文してから1時間半以上待った。)日曜は混むこと予想して従業員増やすなり、ミス少なくする為に改善法を考えた方がいい。

ネット注文で弁当を2つ頼み、指定時間通りに店に行きました。 明らかに私の頼んだものであろう弁当が後ろのカウンターに置いてあるのに何故か後から入ってきた数人の客の注文を取り始め、そのまま放置 2,3回声をかけたものの、取り合って貰えず後回しにされました。 パニック障害持ってそうな土日の昼にいる細身の女店員を辞めさせた方がいいのでは? 自分の行動の優先順位付けられない程テンパってるやん

待たないネット予約をして時間通りに行きましたが、なんだか若い女性店員or若そうな男のどちらかが名前を間違えて他の人に弁当を渡したようで、お待ち下さいから20分近く待って私の弁当完成!間違って渡した人もその後に到着! ちょっと見てたら豚汁も買っていたので間違うはずないだろと思って見てましたw そしてこれだけ待たせたのだから、バックヤードにいる責任者らしき人が謝りにはくるかと思いましたが‥ 会計をした女性店員も頭を下げる事もなく、普通に会計→有難うございましたでした。 正直頭に来たので本社にその日の内に苦情メールは送りました!→(その後)マネージャーと名乗る方から2日後に連絡が有り防犯カメラを見て、対応としては正直二重チェックをしっかりやるだけだそうです。 それでどうにかなる問題では無いので教育のやり直しと 人員見直しが必要だと思います。近くまた予約を入れて本当にやっているか確認に行きたいと思います。弁当はストレス無く買いたいものです。あーでも行かなくても四日町にもあったかな?
