夜の8時半頃にお店へ。前の客の支払いに時間をかけていて、ようやく「注文を」と聞かれたので野菜炒め弁当とカレーを注文したら、店員同士で話していて客の言うことを聞いてない。注文後約10分待たされ家に帰って早速食べようと思ったら、割り箸2膳のみ。カレーを頼んだのにスプーンが入っていなかった。どういうこと!?

帰りに寄ったら、1人帰り2人待ちでそんなに待たないと思ったら、30分以上待たされた、待たされたことは仕方ないけど品物もって帰ろうとして中身を見たら一品足りないことにきずき、品物を見せて、足らないこと、言ったら、品物の袋を取り、何もなかったかのように、お待たせしましたと言われた、さすがに頭に来て文句を言ったら、お待たせしましたと繰り返し言われクレーマーは相手にしない見たいな態度をとられた、店を出るときにまたのお越しお待ちしてますと言われ、さすがに頭に来て二度と来ないといった、家についてなかを見ると弁当の間だに入れてあったポテトかつぶれていて最悪だった、あとお箸も入ってなかった、もう二度と行きません、皆さんの参考になればと思い投稿させて頂きました。m(_ _)m

皆さんの口コミを見て店員の対応の悪さに自分だけじゃなかったんだと苛立ちがおさまりました?‍??‍??‍? ネット注文をして時間より少し早く着いたので立って待ってたけど椅子の所があいたので移動したら出来てるお弁当の袋が2つ、『あれじゃないよね~?』と思いながら呼ばれるまで待つ事に。 待ってる客もいなくなりしばらく放置。 やっと存在に気付いて『何番でお待ちですか??』と聞かれ何時に予約してた事を伝えると『あ〜出来てます!!』と例の置かれた2袋のうちの1つがやはり自分が注文した物でした。移動した時には既にあって、かなり時間が経過してるから『待ちますから作りなおしてもらえますか!!。』と言ったら『今出来た物ですから』の一点張りで、『ずっと待ってたのに呼ばれてないんですよ。』と言うと『それはすみません。』とだけで、この人にいくら言っても余計腹が立つだけだからあきらめて帰った。お店から5分で家に到着。家族とすぐに食べたけどご飯は冷たくなっててポテトもしにゃしにゃでした?出来立てってどこが? 店員の雑に客を扱う対応はやめて頂きたいです。
