接客業なのだから、上から目線って感じているのは自分だけですかねf(^^;
私も一応は、接客業をしてますのでお客さまに対しての話し方受け答えを
注意する時もあります。
常に、適当にしているのはお店の責任者が黙認しているのか指導しても
言う事を聞き耳で聞いて反対側の耳でスルーしているかと思いますよ？
一番の問題点は、電話にて注文した時ですねf(^^;
友達や知人、同級生と話しているようなところがあるみたいですねf(^^;
敬語を使うって事を知らないのか、タメ口で話された事もあったので
その時は、店長か一番の責任者と変わって下さいと言った事もあります。
