好みにもよりますが出来立て美味しいお弁当が購入できます
駐車場は7台分あり、店舗入り口も車椅子での利用可となっています。
店舗内にはたち椅子？的部分がありますが混雑時は立って出来上がりを待つしかありません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネット・電話での注文の受け取りと店舗注文を同じ窓口で処理するので、出来上がっている弁当を受け取るのに指定時間から10分以上も待たされた。
ロジを考え直す必要あり

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この辺りには駐車場のある弁当屋が少ないので、ごくたまにですが利用しています。
不必要とも思える程広い駐車場なので、これまで駐車場が空いていなかった事はありません。
チェーン店ですからお弁当の内容は画一的。特筆するべきところはありません。
接客が良くないと言う書き込みが散見されますが、自分の時は殊更そう感じた事はありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ライスだけの注文でしたが、待ち時間が長過ぎでいつになっても提供されなかったので商品を受け取らずに退店。
ちょっとしてから『返金も商品も不要』と電話したら、『今できます』とそば屋の出前みたいな応答。
多少混雑していた様だけど、ライスだけで20分以上は待たせ過ぎ?
個人的には同じ道沿いにあるオリジ○の方が全て良いと思います。
I ordered only rice, but the waiting time was too long and it was not offered at any time, so I left the store without receiving the product.
After a short while, I called "No refunds or products required" and said "I can do it now", like a soba shop delivery service.
It seems that it was a little crowded, but rice alone made me wait for more than 20 minutes ?
Personally, I think that all the originals ○ along the same road are better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文後、店内で待てるので悪天候の際に助かる。ただ、揚げ物の弁当を頼むと、混雑具合に依っては15分以上待つので、せめてトイレは欲しいところ❕
After ordering, you can wait in the store, so it is helpful in bad weather. However, if you ask for a fried lunch box, it will wait for 15 minutes or more depending on the congestion, so at least you want a toilet ❕

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 閉店一時間近く前に訪問して、いきなり[もうごはんが、無いのでおかずのみになります]ぶっきらぼうに言われました。もう弁当屋の看板下ろして惣菜屋にしてはいかがでしょうか？！ごはんが無いなら、用事はないので、入り口とうに貼り紙等、お知らせしては頂けないものでしょうか、どのタイミングでごはん不足を理解していたのかは、甚だ疑問です。あのタイミングでごはんを自分で調達出来ないから寄っているのです。
I visited almost an hour before the store closed and suddenly [I don't have any more rice, so I only have side dishes]. Why don't you take down the signboard of the bento shop and make it a side dish shop? !! If you don't have rice, you have nothing to do, so I wonder if you could let me know, such as a sticker at the entrance, and when you understood the lack of rice. I'm stopping by because I can't procure rice myself at that timing.

特にわるくない新しくはいったバイトの子がトロいだけ。
店の感じがリニューアルする前と違う清潔感がある。
揚げてるところをレジからよく見える。揚げ物はよく見える位置にある。
あと、ここのキムチ気に入ってる。
