T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have an easy access to Makahari station and Mitsui Premium Outlet just a 10 minutes walk from the Hotel. Location is conviennce only walking Distance to train line and shops. The folks at The Springs and most of this part of Japan were instrumental in making my trip to very memorable and pleasant.
B	Buffy G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet. Close to the Makuhari messe International exhibition centre and train station. A bus service to Disneyland Tokyo departs from the hotels reception. A great place to stay

There is a limousine bus from Haneda Airport which stops at the hotel. Hotel facilities are very well kept. Everybody goes out of their way to help you. The rates were very reasonable.
J	Justin Vieira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospitality is by far the biggest selling point of this hotel; but in an area catering to foriegners anyways, it's hard to see that selling point swaying anyone to stay here over the other newer hotels in the area. The rooms are quite small and the fixtures inside are quite dated (think 1980s big chandeliers and ornate decorations) . The breakfast in the morning leaves ALOT to be desired. However, do check out the spa on the fourth floor.vthe hotel needs to make an update sooner than later.
A	Ahmad Amri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first of all, this hotel are serve HALAL FOOD! yeay....! Location of this hotel are easy to reach from tokyo and near to disneyland. Its only take about 15 minutes from disneyland and 30 minutes from tokyo by train, no need to transit and changes line, its very-very easy to get there. The environment of this hotel arw very pleasant, availablw cafe and store surounding the area reacable by walk. And if you are a mosleem the best part of all, this hotel are very mosleem friendly! Recomended!!

I found the room facilities to be very adequate. I think the ***agement do a great job. Price was very reasonable for all you got.

The staff was more than welcoming and was very eager to help. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. Amazing value for what you pay.
ぶ	ぶくん東京ぶた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was taken here for a meal as the guest of a Japanese family who had reserved a private room within the Chinese restaurant. There was western-style silver service. The place was surgically clean and the staff immaculate. The chairs were a good size and comfortable for my European-sized frame. The food was good quality, but somehow missed that wonderful Chinese taste: a Japanese take on Chinese cuisine, and this was really disappointing. Mind you, my Japanese hosts really enjoyed the food. The hotel also lacked ambience, although technically provided excellent services. Good sized basement car parking, but steps up to the lift/elevator so difficult for the physically challenged. Cannot comment on whether or not this hotel is a good place to stay, but not recommended as a good place to eat Chinese food. To be fair, this may be because it was a set menu and not to my personal taste Location is a bit of a walk from the station, but fine for visitors arriving by car.
