★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トリミングをe-parkで予約した後、駐車場が有るか聞こうと電話したところ、あー、トリミングできませんわ、と言われて、はあ？て感じになり、続けて、今、e-parkを見たところなんでね。と言われて、とても嫌な気分になりました。普通なら、申し訳ありません、電話予約で埋まってしまいました。とか言うと思いますが、全く申し訳ないとか言わず誠意を感じられませんでした。あまりの話し方に、二度と予約しません、と言って電話を切りました。全くお勧めできません。
After making a reservation for trimming on e-park, when I called to ask if there was a parking lot, I was told that I couldn't trim, huh? I felt like that, and I just saw e-park now. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Normally, I'm sorry, I was filled with telephone reservations. I would say, but I couldn't feel sincerity without saying I'm sorry at all. I hung up because I talked so much that I would never make a reservation again. Not recommended at all.

良心的な価格設定・ペットの送迎もして頂けるので非常に満足しております。
トリマーさんも気さくでお話がしやすく、オーダー通りに可愛くして頂けました！
お店内も保護犬をお世話しており色々大変かと思いますが頑張って下さい。
是非、次回も利用させて頂こうと思います。
