外観は、由良の小さなお好み焼き屋さんなんですが、 出てくるメニューは料亭ばり 新鮮だから食べれる 鰆のたたき❤ 淡路島産の玉ねぎと由良のワカメ 脂がのった鰆と食べると、ナイスマッチング⤴︎ ⤴︎ ワカメの天ぷら、これはもぅ無限です(笑) そして今回は 食べた人はほとんど居ない 淡路島まで水揚げされる 「ドチザメ」 これを今ペットフードにしたり、使い道を研究されてる 、これから注目の食材 でも、本当はスクワランやコンドロイチンなど美容にもいいけど、アンモニア臭が凄くて食べれるけど、なかなか食用に出来なかったサメを、今回は、つみれ揚げを初❤頂きました。 全く臭みなく、フワフワ。 食感もしっかりあって、鰯のつみれより食べやすい 味もしっかりしてるので、そんまんまで充分? アテに最高⤴︎ ⤴︎ これは・・・新しい(o´艸`) ここまででもお腹いっぱいだけど、メインは 本当は今が旬の「鯛」 水揚げ量が少ないので、春先から桜鯛で食べられますが、地元の方は知っている (*ノ>∇<)ノ♡ 贅沢なアラで出汁とって、 数秒しゃぶしゃぶ 色が真っ白になったら、ポン酢へダイブ❤ うぅ~ん・・・ほんと 蛋白なイメージの鯛ですが、脂がしっかり、それでいてひつこくない。 弾力、甘みもこんなに感じるんだぁ⤴︎ ⤴︎ これは絶品+*:゚+。.☆ 知らなかった事を悔やみます(笑) ここでもサメのつみれを投入 先ほどの揚げたのと又違って、お出汁を吸ってるから味わいが一気に優しくなります? サメをここまで変身出来るなんて・・・凄い.+*:゚+。.☆ これが流通すれば、淡路島のお邪魔サメも淡路島特産品に変わりますね? 〆の鯛雑炊まで贅沢な味わい 最後の最後まで余すところ無く食べ尽くしました 秋の鯛 サメを食す・・・ いい食体験させて頂きました(ㅅ´ ˘ `)

관광지에서 현지분들이 정말 편하게 식사하시는 곳입니다 가격도 정말 착하고 양도 정말 많이 주십니다. 그리고 메뉴가 모두 일본어로 되어 있어 주문이 어려운 분들은 추천해서 몇 인분을 달라고 하면 정말 훌륭한 현지 음식을 양껏 먹을 수 있는 것 같습니다. 여행에 행복점을 찍을 수 있는 곳입니다. 장소는 조금 작지만 주차장도 있습니다 ?
