★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道の駅やSAなどで販売している山葵漬けには添加物が多い。特に辛さを際立たせる辛子が含まれるが、安曇野近辺の山葵店は山葵本来の酒粕に刻み山葵が混ぜている。
この店の荒く刻んだ山葵漬けは美味しい。
販売する若い女性は、遠路から来た旅人に嬉しさは無く淡々と計り分けてくれた。
次回は他店の山葵店をも探してみよう。
