★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前々から評判はよろしくなかったのですが、入ってみて分かりました。思ってた通り悪かったです。対応がまず悪い。正社員で探してるのでまた探して欲しい場合はこちらから連絡しますと言ったにもかかわらず電話かけてくるし、お盆休み中にかかってくることもある。後解雇することはないと記載してたにも関わらず、前の会社で何人か辞めさせられてたのを見たときに、ここの派遣会社は頼らない方がいいと思いました。後やたらと辞めるなということを月1ペースで言ってくるので正直ムカついてました。派遣社員のことを本当に考えてくれているのかと疑問に思いました。
今後どうしてもというとき以外は利用することはおそらくないと思います。特に今後利用する人は、こういうこともあるということを覚悟した上で応募してください。
 I didn't like it for a long time, but I found out when I entered. It was bad as I expected. Correspondence is bad first. I'm looking for a full-time employee, so if I want to find it again, I'll call you even though I said I'll contact you, and sometimes I'll call you during the Obon holidays. When I saw some people quit at the previous company, even though I stated that I wouldn't be fired later, I thought I shouldn't rely on the dispatching company here. I was honestly disappointed because he told me not to quit afterwards at a monthly pace. I wondered if he really thought about the dispatched labor.
I don't think it will be used except when absolutely necessary in the future. Especially for those who will use it in the future, please be prepared for this to happen before applying.
