コロナで忙しいのは重々承知していますが、電話口であまりにも雑な対応をされると診てくれる先生も良くないのかなと思ってしまいます。

40年は通っているでしょうか?
昔は内科や小児科と少ない診療科目だったので通いやすかったです。
けど今は診療科目が多すぎ、特に整形外科を作ったおかげて劇的に混雑してます。
受付も全ての診療科目が1ヶ所なので、間違いも多いです。
整形外科の患者が多すぎなので、ここは整形外科の病院か?とツッコミしたくなります。
受け付け場所1階でまず受け付ける、そこからまた案内される階に行くって…
受付場所を何ヵ所か作って欲しいです!
ネット受け付けも役に立ちません
web予約サイト作って30分単位で何人まで予約それ以外は次の30分後に予約していく、30分刻みの受け付けシステム本当に作って欲しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年か通ってますがここ数ヶ月、受付の看護師の態度が悪すぎます。新人のような看護師さんには偉そうな態度をとり、見ているこちらも不快感を感じます。また、そちらのミスでお薬の量を間違えたのに当たり前のように来院し取りに来いと言われました。忙しいから通院予約しているのにびっくりです。結局薬のみもらえめ病院を訪れ30秒で処方箋を渡されて薬局へ。時間を、返してほしいです。
忙しいのは看護師さんだけではありません。通院中、仕事を持っている中日程を調整して訪れている患者の事も忘れないでください。子を持つ母であり、働いている人間で持病がある人間の意見です。また、通院中の患者に対し、卑下するような態度を取られた看護師さん、あなたの事は本当に嫌な気持ちになりました。

Also, the nurse, who had a demeaning attitude toward the patient who was going to the hospital, made me really disgusted.

評価のいい院長にたまたま診てもらえたからでしょうか。
受付、電話対応が良くないとほかの方々がレビューしておられ気にかけてましたが特別なにかを思うことはありませんでした。
発熱があり今1番心配なコロナの検査をして頂き、陰性確認後に安心して皆さんと同じ待合に行けました。
看護師のみなさんも患者さんと話すときも看護師同士で話すときもにこやかに話されてて見ていて心地がいいです。
いつも遅くまでお疲れ様です。本当に良くなり感謝しています。

子供が生まれたので小児科へ予防接種へいきましたが
ロタを服用する際、口から少し垂れてきていたところ赤ちゃんに対して低い声で「出すんじゃねぇ」と言ったり
別日には、赤ちゃんの服を脱がせる際台に置いた時いきなり奥に赤ちゃんを押して壁に頭がぶつかりゴツっと音がしていて絶対に先生も気付いたはずなのに謝りもせず、落ちないようにちゃんと見ててねなど言われました。
看護師の方には、赤ちゃんの肌が乾燥で赤くなっていたところちゃんと綺麗にしてね〜と言われ
毎日皮膚科で頂いた薬を塗ってるのに、、、
乳児湿疹などで本当に悩んでる方もいらっしゃると思うのでとても失礼だと思います。
予防接種で行くたび必ず不愉快な事があります。
先生達はストレスが溜まっているのでしょうか?
小児科の担当の方を休ませてあげてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弱い患者に対して看護師の態度があまりにも偉そうで無愛想だった。看護師だったら髪の毛をきれいにまとめるなりして清潔感ぐらい気を遣え。pcr検査が3万円とかぼったくりだ。次に行った病院はすごい清潔感があり看護婦さんは皆若くて親切で細田診療所とは大違い。すぐに検査もして頂き助かりました.細田診療所は汚ない病院で看護師のやる気無し。こんな病院で診察なんてお断り!2度と行かない。ちなみに電話の対応、最悪?0点

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 咳と熱がありpcr検査をした結果陽性でした。先生はとても優しく丁寧に説明をして下さり安心しました。その後薬も無くなるし、咳などの症状が結構あったので相談の電話をしたら、タメ口で早口で話してくる看護師がいますね、こちらの相談には乗りませんし、何か弱い相手を困らせて喜んでる性格の悪い感じの人です。病院以外で関わったら、直接本人に指摘もできますが、病院なので我慢我慢です。先生や他の看護師の方は凄くいい人なので、とても残念な診療所です。その内誰か怒り爆発するのでは?
