★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great drip coffee that goes excellently with the souffle pancakes. Great stop for a late night snack or brunch. The staff was very friendly and provided good information about their different coffee choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is decent but service is really bad. We (3) got there early just 2 girls were in front of us. We wrote our names down and waited for our turn a few minutes later it got extremely crowded and the list quickly grew. The two girls got seated and hostess read our names as next in line. we thought how lucky we were to have gotten there right before the crowd but to our surprised the hostess proceeded to skip us and seat 20 people (all separate groups) yes 20 people that came after us before us. At first at thought maybe she didn't have a table for 3 people available and was seating the parties of 2 first but after she sat 2 parties of 3 and a group of 5. I knew she was skipping us on purpose. By the way all the people she was sitting were Japanese we were the only foreigners in line. I asked several times if we were next and she said to wait. Finally she was about to sit another party of 3 but a very nice lady in that party had noticed what was happening and stepped in and told her in Japanese to sit us next as we had been there waiting for a long time and she finally sat us. Normally we would have just left and gone to a different place but it was super packed everywhere with long lines, we had to head to the airport soon and we have noticed at a few places now that if you are a foreigner they will skip you and seat Japanese people first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved French toast and Hoshino blend coffee. It’s a really nice cafe. Try visiting if you’re in Shibuya or Harajuku. It’s on B1F where Takeshita street starts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the coffee, typical Japanese coffee that was slightly overstated and overpriced. Pancakes were like butter cake, not as fluffy as portrayed in the menu. However, in a hustle bustle street, the contrary quiet and cosy atmosphere the basement coffee house offered was what one need to take a break.
