こちらから問い合わせないと一切連絡はなく、打ち合わせをすっぽかされたことも複数回あります。理由を聞いても自己都合でしかなく、しかもそれを正当化して"しょうがない"で済ませてしまいます。
そういった不備について改善策を求めても何も変化がなかったので最終的にお金の話を出したところ、「それは別の話だと思います。それを受け入れたら半額や全額無償になっても何も言えなくなってしまいます。」とまるでこちらがお金が狙いだったかのような言われ方をされました。
打ち合わせ〜施工完了までの説明もありません。知らないうちに区への申請費(数万円)などは発生していて、途中でやめようにも「申請費分は支払ってもらわないといけません。」と言われました。(この間に契約書類や工程表などの提示・説明は一切ありません)
こんなに不誠実な対応をされて、かつ辱めを受けたことはありません。
そして何よりもどんなに伝えても、こちらの気持ちが一切伝わっていない反応をされたのが悲しかったです。

There is no explanation from the meeting to the completion of construction. Before I knew it, I had to pay the application fee (tens of thousands of yen) to the ward, and even if I stopped halfway through, I was told that I had to pay the application fee. (During this period, there is no presentation or explanation of contract documents or process charts)
I have never been so dishonest and humiliated.
And above all, no matter how much I told him, I was sad that he had a reaction that didn't convey my feelings at all.
