★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古車の購入を具体的に検討していましたが、この店の店長から非常に不愉快な応対をされました。私も客商売をしていますから良くわかっておりますが常識では考えられない応対でした。今回の件は許しませんし、友人知人には絶対この店での購入や修理は奨めません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キレイにカスタム車された中古車が沢山あるお店です。店長さんをはじめ、スタッフさんの対応やお店の雰囲気も良いです。僕は、レーサー用のパーツをお願いしたりしますが、納品も迅速です。
This is a shop with a lot of beautifully used used cars. The atmosphere of the shop and the staff, including the manager, is also good. I ask for parts for the racer, but the delivery is quick.

滅茶苦茶、親切なお店です?
こんなの初めてです?前は、世田谷の結構有名なバイク屋で買ったんですが、ガッカリしました。
こちらのスタッフさんは、最高ですよ?全員が笑顔で対応してくれますし、特に私を担当してくださった片岡店長さん。
とてつもなく親切でした。
皆にお薦めです‼️

This was my first time. I bought it at a quite famous motorcycle shop in Setagaya, but I was disappointed.
The staff here is the best-everyone smiles and responds, especially Mr. Kataoka, who was in charge of me.
It was incredibly kind.

店長はじめ、営業担当やピット担当の方全員が非常に親身に話を聞いてくれてとても安心できました。
当初、修理の見積を出してもらう目的で店長に応対して頂いていましたが、バイクを買い替えることに決まり、応対が営業担当の方に替わったのですが、そのときの引継ぎもズムーズで、内部もコミュニケーション良く仕事をしている感じでした。
買い取ってもらったバイクは、他のチェーン店よりも、かなり良い値段をつけてくれたし、納車時にはサービスでスマホホルダーをつけ替えてくださったりで、あらゆる面で満足しました。
業態は、洋用品等の陳列販売がなく、新車・中古車販売と修理・メンテナンスに絞っているため、目的のある来客しかないのも好感できます。
これからこのお店とつながりが持てることに、幸せを感じます。

As the business type does not sell Western goods, we focus on new and used car sales and repair/maintenance, so it's nice that there are only purposeful visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔から修理、カスタムでお世話になっている。自分がこれまでに行ったバイク屋では、一番融通が効く。
良心的なバイク屋。
パーツ用品店でありがちな作業トラブルがあまり無く、安心してバイクを預けられる。
代車もよほど混雑しない限り、大抵借りられる。
１階の奥に、休憩スペースが有り、独立した部屋となっているので作業中、まったりとする事もできる。
近くにお店が色々あるので、待ち時間も過ごしやすい。お店の裏に行った所に、丹後堰公園があり、のんびりする事もできる。
２階部分は展示車両スペースになっている。たまに超アタリくじな車両があったりもして、自分は即決で KSR110 を格安で購入した事もある。
個人的に、お店のロゴステッカーを気にするタイプなので、この店のステッカーのデザインとキーホルダーがとても気に入っている。

The second floor is an exhibition vehicle space. Occasionally, there was a super-atari lottery vehicle, and I bought the KSR110 at a bargain price by a prompt decision.
Personally, I'm the type who cares about the logo sticker of the store, so I really like the design of the sticker and the key chain of this store.
