昔、昔...うちのおじいちゃんが調査隊と一緒に寳領塚掘り返したらしいけど、数枚の古銭と割れた小さな壺くらいしか出てこなかったらしいよ(*´艸`)

前方後方墳としては東北で2番目の大きさです。
墳頂部の散り始めた桜?と前方部の菜の花のコントラストが綺麗でした?
This is the front and rear burial mounds of the second half of the 4th century.
It is the second largest tomb in the Tohoku region.
The contrast between the cherry blossoms at the top of the mound that started to scatter and the rape blossoms at the front was beautiful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田園の中にスクっとそびえているので、遠目でもすぐ分かりました。古墳は目立ってナンボですから。
1500年以上前からこの場所で眠っているお方はどんな方だったのでしょうね？
本来80㍍クラスの前方後方墳ですが、残念ながら前方部は殆ど掘削されていますが、周溝の名残が見られます。残された後方部の麓には古墳に相応しい？ホトケノザが群生していました。
