店長が変わった？店の雰囲気前の方がすごく良かった。
ドリンク頼んでも中々出てこないから再度確認したらオーダー通ってなくて謝られたけど、店長らしき人に頼んだのに店長は常連とずっと話しててバイトの子が可哀想

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新人研修だかなんだか知らないけど箸を頼んだのに全然来ないので再度頼んだらあきらかに嫌な態度ではい。って感じでポイッと投げられたのにイラッときた！ドリンクも置く時雑だし客をなんだと思ってるの？ってなった。前の時はメニューもよかったしスタッフや店長もよくしてくれたのに最悪な条件そろいまくりで歴1ヤバい店確定！店長も変わったせいかスタッフの人間性も疑う。店の雰囲気も違うしもう二度と行かないです。

バイトの女の子に怒っていたのか分かりませんが、客がいる前でやること？と驚きました。すごく気分が悪かったです。

この様な状況下でしたしかなり久しぶりに伺いましたが、メニューと店長も変わったのか最低でした。
研修中のぽっちゃり黒髪の女の子気分が悪かったです。
その場では何も言いませんでしたが、メニューを見始めた直後に注文催促してくるし。箸を二つ追加したのを忘れられた為、再度聞いたら、あれ？と言い消えたかと思えば後ろから箸をどうぞと投げて渡してくる始末。
研修中の女の子だし可哀想か、細かいかと我慢しましたが、やはり理不尽です。
ある程度仕方ないですし、普段何も言いませんが、本当にあげたらキリがないほど酷かった。
あの研修の女の子は自分らが嫌いだったのか？なにかとても酷い事をしてしまったのか、分かりませんがそう思う程です。あんな対応始めてです。というか店に入ったばかりで、席の案内は別の方でした。
今迄は凄く良かったので、急にギャップがありすぎです。
家族４人で生中2杯、コーラ2杯の合計4杯注文して退席しました。
もうどこから突っ込めば良いか分かりません。
怒る程で無いと思いましたがあまりに気分が悪かったです。
自分達がいったい彼女に何をしたのでしょうか？
来て早々でのあの対応は意味が分かりません。
会計は2000越えでしたがたった4杯の飲み物（コーラは子供用で少量）でこの対応、終始意味が分かりませんでした。
10年近く通い思い出の場所でしたが、もう行く事はありません。寂しいですが、、、

以前は安価で美味しいため何度も通っていました。
この間カウンター席に通されたところ、壁の切れ目からたくさんの小さいgが出てきました...。
食事中だったので気分を害したのですが、騒がず店員さんを呼んでも無言で次々と出るgを潰すだけ。
席移動などのフォローもなくそのまま満額会計。帰り際にも特に謝罪なし。
飲食店のため多少の虫は仕方ありませんが尋常でなく、何より客席の壁から出てくるというのが不気味でした。
衛生面とその他の常識を疑ってしまいました。
それ以降行っておりませんが改善されたのでしょうか。大変不愉快でした。
