前から通っていただけにすごくショックを受けました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は優しくて良いと思いますが、受付の人が奥で患者の悪口を言っているのが、こちらに丸聞こえです。なので、他で予約が取れなかったときにしか行きません。任意の予防接種の値段は他と比べると安いです。
赤ちゃん用のベビーベッドがあるのは良いのですが、授乳室は無い、トイレにオムツ変え台もない。小児科として、どうなんだ？
I think the teacher is kind, but I can hear the receptionist saying bad things about the patient in the back. So I only go when I can't make a reservation elsewhere. The price of any vaccination is cheaper than others.
It would be nice to have a crib for babies, but there is no nursing room and no diaper changing table in the toilet. What about pediatrics?

コロナ禍なのに、スリッパは使い回しでした。
普通は使用済みはカゴに入れてわけると思います。
近くにもっと良い内科があるのでそこに今後は通おうかな...
The worst response at the reception. I felt that the teacher wasn't motivated either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元に愛されている個人病院です。古いので赤ちゃん用設備もベビーベッドが待合にあるくらいですが、内科と小児科併設なので、子供も大人もみていただけて、とても助かります。先生も優しく信頼がおけます。
受付の人があまり良くないと感じる人がいるようですが、確かに一部の人は最初は愛想があまりないかなと思いましたが、長年通ってますが気さくで優しい人でしたよ。
It is a private hospital loved by the locals. Since it is old, there is a baby cot in the waiting room for babies, but since it has an internal medicine department and a pediatrics department, it is very helpful for both children and adults to see it. The teacher is also kind and reliable.
